Teamwork

                                       Teamwork is required for the success of any target aimed for any specified operation. Teamwork is affected by different factors like: poor communication, commitment, uncontributional behavior of the team members, etc. For maintaining a good teamwork, there should be good communication between the members. All the members should worktogether having proper co-operation and coordination between each others.
                                                                 All the members should trust one another. Trust also plays a crucial role in maintaining teamwork. By the support of teamwork, the goals and targets should be properly established. All the members should setup a system for settling the conflicts and disputes if any. There should also be proper feedback from others to the teamwork. Then only the objective of the particular operation would be successful.
